This passage compares the two Kingdoms - earthly and eternal, and we see the future "shaking" of our earth and cosmos as described in 2 Pet. 3 at "The Day of the Lord". Mick encourages us to plant our roots in the unshakable and eternal Kingdom of Christ, not in the worldly which will pass away.
